antpm-dbg software package provides ANT+ information retrieval client for Garmin GPS products, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install antpm-dbg
antpm-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the antpm-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep antpm-dbg *
You will get with antpm-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
